Types of Simple Machine Card

Description

A single card showing six examples of simple machines. This resource supports the Science Year 5 PoS for Forces – recognise that some mechanisms, including levers, pulleys and gears, allow a smaller force to have a greater effect. The cards can also support the non-statutory guidance –pupils should explore the effects of levers, pulleys and simple machines on movement and design and make products that use levers, pulleys, gears and/or springs and explore their effects.
